| Description |
• Payment posting - Processing of monthly payments for all CCD lending activities and notifying Management of any delinquencies in a timely manner. • Monitor insurance conditions on in-house and SBA loan portfolios - Maintain and update loan portfolios for required insurance including follow-up on cancelled policies. • Monitor property tax payments on in-house and SBA loan portfolios - Send delinquent property tax letters. • Monitoring timely completion of annual site visits. • UCC filings (initial, continuation, amendment, and termination). • Obtaining credit reports, title reports, flood determinations and completing UCC lien searches for new loans and servicing actions. • Assist with preparation of closing documentation for finance department. • Assist with preparation of payoff and reconveyance documentation. • Clerical tasks such as faxing, copying, scanning, filing, and phone calls. • Order of office supplies as needed. • Miscellaneous duties as assigned. |
