Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic high school student to join our team as a Customer Service member for the summer.  This is an opportunity to gain hands on experience in a busy production enviroment, develop valuable customer service skills, and learn about the screen printing industry.

Educational Aspect

Customer Interaction: Greet customers, assist with inquiries, and provide information about products, and services.

Order Processing: Help customers place orders and track order status

General Support: Perform tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the store, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Further Requirements

Education: Current high school or college student

Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.

Customer Focus: A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers.

Dependability: Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to the full 8-week opportunity.

Learning Mindset: Eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges.

Lift Requirements

Must be albe to lift up to 40 pounds.  (Although not lifting boxes is not a constant task)
