Description

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our organization, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all visitors. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Operating the telephone switchboard to promptly and professionally answer, screen, or forward calls.
  • Greeting individuals upon their entry into the establishment, discerning the nature and purpose of their visit, and directing or escorting them to their designated destinations.
  • Efficiently scheduling appointments and meticulously maintaining and updating appointment calendars to ensure accurate and organized scheduling.
  • Listening attentively and skillfully resolving any complaints from customers or the public, ensuring their concerns are addressed with empathy and professionalism.
  • Managing and organizing records to maintain an orderly filing system that facilitates easy retrieval and updates.
