Consistently implement Cams Valley's curriculum, catering to each child's unique needs. Support the lead teacher in activities, and flow of the classroom. Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn. Foster positive relationships with parents, maintaining open communication to support children's care and education. Collaborate with center staff and leadership to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals. Cultivate positive relationsips with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and partners. |
