Description

Greet customers upon entrance and over the phone.

Collect payment when necessary.

Talk to customers and show them a video prior to them entering an escape room.

Answer any questions or concerns, if any, customer has prior to entering escape room.

Give a brief descriptive speech prior to entering the escape room.

Once the customers are in the escape room, employee watches and listens to guests.

During the escape room experience, from a surveillance area, offers hints if the guests ask for hints.

When the customers have finished whether they escaped or not the employee retrieves

the customers form the escape room and helps them complete the room, if necessary

Escorts the customers back to the lobby where they will get their picture taken and receive a souvenir, when appropriate/ available. 

Reset the escape room for the next customers.

Other duties will require phone answering, understanding scheduling and payment system.

Light cleaning such as emptying trash cans, sweeping occasionally, etc.

Establishing and Maintaining Interpersonal Relationships — Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time.

Identifying Objects, Actions, and Events — Identifying information by categorizing, estimating, recognizing differences or similarities, and detecting changes in circumstances or events.
