Work with shell and sorting tea breaking down and seperating oyster shells. oyster shells are delivered in clusters. Sort into three seperate piles by size. Large, medium, and small. The clusters are broking apart using an air hammer. THe sperated shells are then washed using hoses. The oysters are then hauled into a cooler. |
